ARTHUR KEISER earned his doctorate in higher education at the Union Institute. He has received many awards in his 44 years as Chancellor. The South Florida Business Journal also recognizes him as the Ultimate CEO.

As the Chancellor of Keiser University, Arthur Keiser manages operations at Keiser’s 21 Florida campuses; three international campuses, two in China and one in Nicaragua, and the graduate and online school.

Arthur Keiser resides in Parkland, Florida, with his wife Belinda, Vice Chancellor of Community Relations and Student Advancement at Keiser University.
